Terms of Service

Sane Studio ("we", "us") is a graphic design studio offering custom design services for gaming, professional branding, and nightlife/club contexts. We operate online at sane-studio-two.vercel.app. Contact: atlasmcmanagement@gmail.com

By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the site or our services. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.

Sane Studio provides custom graphic design services including but not limited to: • Gaming graphics (Minecraft, FiveM, logos, trailers, thumbnails) • Professional branding (logos, brand identity, social media kits) • Nightlife/club graphics (flyers, social kits, promo videos) All work is created from scratch — we do not use pre-made templates. The exact scope, deliverables, and timeline are confirmed at the time of order.

Placing an order: Orders are placed through our website. By completing checkout you are entering into a contract for the specified service. Prices: All prices are displayed in EUR (€) and are inclusive of any applicable VAT unless stated otherwise. Payment: Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We accept major credit/debit cards. Full payment is required before work begins. Confirmation: After successful payment you will receive a confirmation. Work begins within the timeframe stated on the service page. No refunds after delivery: Due to the custom nature of the work, once final files have been delivered, refunds are not available. See Section 8 (Refund Policy) for details.

Standard delivery times are stated on each service page (typically 24–72 hours). These are estimates and may vary depending on project complexity and current workload. Deliverables are provided in digital format (PNG, SVG, PDF, MP4, etc. as appropriate) via Discord or email. Rush delivery may be available on request — contact us on Discord before ordering.

Each service includes the number of revisions stated on the service page. Additional revisions beyond the included amount may be charged at an agreed rate. Revisions must be requested within 14 days of delivery. After this period the project is considered complete. Revisions apply to the original brief — significant changes to scope constitute a new order.

Upon full payment, you receive a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual licence to use the delivered work for the purpose stated at time of order (personal or commercial use as selected). What you own: The final delivered files and the right to use them. What we retain: The right to display the work in our portfolio and marketing materials, unless you request otherwise in writing before order placement. What you do not own: The source files (e.g. .AI, .PSD) unless explicitly included in the service. Underlying design assets (fonts, stock elements) remain subject to their own licences. We warrant that our work does not knowingly infringe third-party intellectual property rights.

Before work begins: Full refund if you cancel within 24 hours of payment, before any design work has started. During production: Partial refund (50%) if you cancel after work has begun but before final files are delivered. After delivery: No refund once final files have been delivered and accepted. This is consistent with EU Consumer Rights Directive exemption for custom/personalised digital content (Art. 16(c)). Defective work: If the delivered work significantly fails to match the agreed brief, we will redo the work at no extra charge or issue a full refund at our discretion. If you are a consumer in the European Union: • You have a 14-day right of withdrawal under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, except where digital content delivery has already begun with your prior express consent and acknowledgement that you lose your right of withdrawal. • By proceeding to checkout and authorising payment for a digital design service, you expressly consent to immediate commencement of the service and acknowledge this waiver. • Your statutory rights regarding defective services are not affected.

You agree to: • Provide accurate brief information and any required assets (logos, photos, brand guidelines) promptly • Respond to revision requests and feedback within a reasonable time (we allow up to 7 days before considering a project abandoned) • Not use our work in a way that infringes third-party rights or violates applicable laws • Not reproduce, resell, or redistribute our work to third parties without our written consent

You may not use our services or website to: • Create content that is illegal, defamatory, hateful, or promotes violence • Infringe any third-party copyright, trademark, or other IP right • Impersonate another person or entity • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law: • Our total liability for any claim arising from a service is limited to the amount you paid for that specific service. • We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or lost-profit damages. • We are not responsible for delays caused by your failure to provide required information or approvals. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud.

These terms are governed by Italian law. Any disputes that cannot be resolved amicably shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Italy. For EU consumers, the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence also apply. Alternative dispute resolution: EU consumers may use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
